Sagitech modernizes, repairs and renews various types of cylindrical and non-cylindrical grinding machines, both internal and external, of virtually any brand.
The range of services ranges from Overhauling, to Retrofit up to the Retooling of grinding machines for different aapplications, such as transmission shafts, crankshafts, camshafts, bearing grinding and aerospace and energy applications.
From the first inspection and analysis of the conditions of the machine we arrive at the delivery of the rebuilt machine.

Service and Spare Parts​
Attention to the customer passes above all from this point: rapid, precise and reliable assistance. We are aware of the need to limit unexpected machine downtime as much as possible, and our automatic warehouse is also structured for the immediate availability of the materials subject to greatest wear and the key components that make up the heart of the grinding operations. All operational staff are always ready to assist the customer in the shortest time possible. Free telephone assistance is a plus to avoid the customer having to wait for a sometimes superfluous technical intervention. The scheduled maintenance contract allows us to support the Customer to plan together all the activities necessary to guarantee the productivity of the machine fleet over time. We continuously implement the best technologies on the market on all our machines, with the aim of freeing the customer from complex and confusing operations. Thanks to field buses and on-board diagnostics we can communicate in real time with the customer to identify and correct any usage problems.
Concept - Engineering - Documentation
Sagitech involves the provision of the entire range of services, from concept development to implementation, including not only modificationswhich includes mechanical and electrical checks, but also the preparation of new documentation or the modification of existing documentation.
